Aspen Dental in Miami Beach is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager to lead front-office duties and deliver excellent patient service. You will participate in an eight-week training program and report to the Manager to support daily operations and patient care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, data-driven tasks, scheduling oversight, and insurance/payment verification to maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced dental practice.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes.
• Organized and detail oriented with front-office experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance and collections.
• Under the Manager, supervise and reinforce daily non-clinical tasks.
• Oversee scheduling, confirm patient appointments, and deposits.
