Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) to oversee front office tasks, supervise non-clinical staff, and ensure smooth patient flow. You will join an eight-week training program and report to the Manager, contributing to a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve practice performance.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to support patients and staff.
• Participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in the role.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the Manager.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, and deposits.
• Contribute to data reviews to evaluate impact on the practice.
