First Choice Dental in Fitchburg, WI is seeking an Office Manager to lead our front desk and clinical support teams. You will keep the schedule humming, oversee patient accounts, billing, insurance claims, and reports, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

We value proactive leaders who communicate clearly, multitask with precision, and create a positive patient experience. Prior dental/medical office experience is preferred; Dentrix or Open Dental familiarity is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dental or medical office (1+ year preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead front office and clinical teams with a patient-first approach
• Keep the schedule humming and the day flowing with minimal stress
• Manage patient accounts, billing, insurance claims, and reports
• Oversee staff scheduling, onboarding, and team communication
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and office protocols
• Be the go-to person for problem-solving and decision-making
