Zusammenfassung

Elite Dental Partners is seeking an Office Manager to lead our Wisconsin team and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will oversee scheduling, revenue performance, expenses, and P&L, while partnering with dentists to foster a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare, have 3 years of management experience with P&L oversight, and are proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Dentrix is preferred to support

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• Three years of management experience with P&L oversight.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits preferred.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Dentrix experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage business operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility including forecasts
• Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member’s success and development
• Work closely with other departments to ensure proper support for practice operation
• Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
