The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in business, 3+ years in healthcare front/back office operations, and solid proficiency in dental software and MS Office. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on quality patient

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in business and three years' working experience.
  • Working knowledge of front and back office healthcare operation.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Prior management experience strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of general dental terminology.
  • Intermediate computer skills; MS Office; EagleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train and manage performance of office team members.
  • Manage insurance claims, cash management, insurance verification and linkage.
  • Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
  • Review and train on Accounts Receivables and deposits.
  • Ensure office security and proper handling of petty cash.
  • Travel between offices to provide coverage as needed.
  • Train staff on patient financing and customer service.
