Qualifications

• HIPAA compliance and dental practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations for a smooth patient experience.
• Manage scheduling, patient intake and appointment coordination for provider productivity.
• Handle dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable.
• Supervise and support front desk staff, including training and performance management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
