Responsibilities

• Greet and onboard new patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming intake process
• Schedule and confirm new patient appointments, managing the dental practice calendar efficiently
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history forms
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication
• Follow up with prospective patients via phone, email, and text to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Explain treatment plans, financial options, and dental insurance benefits to new patients
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
