Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in dental offices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.
• Willingness to travel to DeNovo offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office and ensure smooth functioning.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and resolve issues professionally.
• Develop and manage the dental team and provide professional development.
• Foster a positive company culture and promote morale.
• Create and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Audit patient accounts for accuracy in billing and records.
• Guide treatment plans and explain options to patients.
• Track office performance with daily and monthly reports.
• Support office needs and take on additional duties as required.
• Travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support integration.
