Travel to new locations is required as the group expands. The role emphasizes staff scheduling, billing accuracy, and guiding treatment discussions while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in dental offices.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and address issues with professionalism.
• Develop and manage the dental team; support professional development and collaboration.
• Foster a positive, engaging work environment aligned with company culture.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
• Audit patient accounts for accuracy and ensure proper billing and records.
• Present treatment options clearly and help patients overcome financial barriers.
• Track performance with daily/monthly reports to improve efficiency and growth.
• Support the office with additional duties as needed, including travel to new DeNovo offices.
