Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage patient service, and coordinate staff schedules. This role includes completing daily and monthly reports and traveling to newly acquired DeNovo offices as needed to support integration.

You will lead a team with a focus on patient-centered care and company culture, requiring strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in dental settings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to keep the dental office running smoothly.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and manage the dental team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Foster team morale and a supportive work environment.
• Create and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Audit patient accounts for accuracy and billing quality.
• Explain treatment options and help patients make informed decisions.
• Track performance with daily/monthly reports.
• Support office needs and various duties as required.
• Travel to DeNova offices as needed to support integration.
