The Airway Dentists is seeking a full-time Office Manager to open and grow our Austin-area offices. You will oversee non-clinical operations, manage scheduling and patient flow, and act as the main HR contact within the office.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in dental office management, knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processing, and a passion for order and teamwork in a high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator and team player required.
• 5+ years experience in dental office management.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, patient management software, and insurance processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations including scheduling and patient flow.
• Main point of contact for HR within the office.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Present treatment plans to patients.
• Optimize schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Verify insurance, arrange financing, and process payments.
• Follow up with patients.
• Relay patient concerns to the clinical team.
• Represent the office at education dinners, community events, and meetings with allied health professionals.
• Interact with the central team and other Office Managers via Slack.
