Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to oversee all daily operations of the dental office, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive office culture. You will create staff schedules, complete reports, and support the office's needs while traveling to newly acquired DeNovo offices as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, with dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a talent for leading by example and motivating the team to succeed.
• Travel to DeNovo Offices may be required for new or acquired locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient office functionality.
• Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing and resolving issues professionally.
• Develop and manage the dental team, mentoring staff and promoting collaboration.
• Foster team morale and maintain a positive work environment aligned with company culture.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
• Audit patient accounts for accuracy and ensure billing records are in top shape.
• Explain treatment options clearly to help patients make informed decisions.
• Track office performance through daily and monthly reports and metrics.
