You will greet patients, manage scheduling with Dentrix, handle insurance claims, and assist in accounts receivable while collaborating with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Access to minimum PHI with mandatory HIPAA training; protect PHI and data safeguards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
Manage front office duties: answer phones, emails, and communicate with patients and insurers.
Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule appointments for multiple providers.
File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and coverage.
Post payments and process accounts receivable; review treatment plan fees and payment options.
Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office performance.
