Heartland Dental is seeking a Business Assistant for Moline Family Dental to support the front office and patient experience. You will greet patients, handle phones and correspondence, and help with scheduling and billing using Dentrix.

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and patient communications.

• Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple providers.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and discuss payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
