Heartland Dental's Peoria Family Dental Care is seeking a Business Assistant to support the front office and patient experiences. You’ll greet patients, handle phones, scheduling in Dentrix, and coordinate with providers to optimize office efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced customer-centric environment.

• HIPAA training awareness and PHI handling responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix for multiple providers.
• Process patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims and coverage details.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; review treatment fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems for office optimization.
