Humana is seeking a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative to join the Consumer Contacts team in a remote capacity. You will answer benefit questions, guide members through next steps, and resolve concerns with a focus on clear communication and member satisfaction.

This role starts with training and requires availability for an 8-hour shift in the Eastern time zone. You will contribute to a high-quality customer experience while navigating multiple systems and documented procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Ability to document customer issues in detail.
• Experience assessing support requests across multiple systems and escalating as needed.
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.

Responsabilités

• Handle 40+ inbound calls daily from members and providers.
• Address benefit questions, service issues, and general inquiries.
• Escalate unresolved grievances.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer experience expectations.
• Identify issues requiring escalation and ensure handoff to appropriate teams.
