Job summary

Provalus is seeking an Onsite Software Trainer to deliver onboarding and training for dental practice management software. You will train staff in person and online, support onboarding, and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful adoption of the system.

The role uses client tools like Salesforce, TaskRay, CXOne, Bomgar and Skilljar LMS. A strong emphasis is placed on clear communication, documentation, and adherence to security and client procedures.

Qualifications

Experience delivering software training and onboarding for customer-facing roles.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying software experience.
Comfort delivering live training both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental staff.
Train customers on practice management workflows: scheduling, billing, patient comms, and documentation.
Support onboarding and implementation, coordinating with project teams.
Develop and update training materials and guides.
Gather feedback and drive improvements to training quality.
