Dentsply Sirona, the world’s leading dental products company, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Implants MIS line in Texas (San Antonio area). You will drive new account openings, expand share of wallet, and build a robust pipeline across GP practices in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has proven B2B dental sales experience, a hunter mindset, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Proven B2B or dental/traditional medical device sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect, qualify, and convert new customers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet as a secondary focus.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach and local events.
• Present implant MIS value line highlighting clinical reliability and efficiency.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization; secure commitments.
