Responsibilities

Aggressively prospect and convert new customers in the assigned territory.
Grow current customer share of wallet as a secondary goal.
Build a robust pipeline via cold outreach, office visits, and market events.
Position Implants MIS as a value-driven solution for practices.
Develop account-specific strategies addressing pain points and adoption barriers.
Conduct product presentations and business discussions with clinicians.
Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization through clear next steps.
