Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative for Implants MIS, targeting the Minneapolis metro area. The role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, new account conversion, and growing share of wallet with dental practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven success in B2B, dental, or medical device sales.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and territory development.
Ability to travel extensively within the territory to support prospecting and account conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect and convert new customers in the assigned territory.
Grow current share of wallet wherever possible as a primary or secondary focus.
Build a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, events, and follow-ups.
Position Implants MIS as a compelling solution addressing clinical and business needs.
Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps and commitments.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
