Qualifikationen

• Proven success in B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based sales.
• Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and pipeline development.

• Maturity and professionalism engaging dentists and office leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and presentations.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

• Aggressively prospect, qualify, and convert new customers in the territory.
• Maintain and grow current share of wallet wherever possible.
• Build a robust territory pipeline via cold outreach, visits, events, referrals.
• Position Implants MIS as a reliable, efficient value line.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies addressing pain points.
• Conduct product presentations and office demonstrations showing value.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps.
• Own territory growth goals including new accounts and revenue.
• Analyze territory data and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, education, customer service, sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
