Top Candidate Search Group is seeking a Territory Manager for Dental Implants in San Diego, CA. You will represent cutting-edge implants and digital technologies to dental professionals, managing day-to-day sales, training, and strategic planning.

You will grow the territory through a hunter mentality, leveraging CRM insights, delivering exceptional customer service, and aligning with sales goals. This role combines field sales with clinical education and business development.

Qualifications

Proven medical or dental sales track record.
Dental hygiene/coordination background welcomed.

Responsibilities

Represent cutting-edge dental implants and digital technologies.
Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
Apply knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and increase case volume.
Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals.
Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts.
