Top Candidate Search Group is seeking a Territory Manager for Dental Implants in San Diego, CA. You will represent cutting-edge implants and digital technologies to dental professionals, managing day-to-day sales, training, and strategic planning.

You will grow the territory through a hunter mentality, leveraging CRM insights, delivering exceptional customer service, and aligning with sales goals. This role combines field sales with clinical education and business development.

Qualifications

• Proven medical or dental sales track record.
• Dental hygiene/coordination background welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Apply knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and increase case volume.
• Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals.
• Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
• Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

This position offers the chance to represent cutting-edge dental implants and digital technologies

• Responsible for day to day sales operations, customer service, clinical training, and sales management to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and increase case volume.
• Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals.
• Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
• Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:.

• Medical Sales experience with a strong track record and/or Dental Sales Experience and/or- Dental Hygieinest/Coordinator
• Athletic backgrounds!
• Can handle a larger geography and can grow the territory
• A driven, 'hunter' mentality, with a keen appetite for new business development and a passion for achieving sales excellence.

Compensation:

$95K Base, 200k++ at plan uncapped – Car allowance, Gas, Expenses, 401k, and great benefits and More!
