Job summary

Neodent in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to champion our dental implant and digital solutions within a defined Colorado territory. You will nurture existing accounts and identify new opportunities, partnering with clinicians to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or dental markets, strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. Travel within CO is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to clinicians and in medical device or dental fields is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with dental professionals and tailor solutions.
• Drive profitable sales growth by expanding accounts and pursuing new opportunities.
• Identify, target, and convert new business within the territory.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to support launches and sales objectives.
• Engage in educational events, study clubs, and Neodent presentations.
• Use CRM tools to plan, track, and measure sales activities.
• Present clinical data clearly to support product benefits.
