Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression of the team.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and scheduling with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and verify benefits; discuss payment options with patients.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; coordinate with the team on billing.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Support providers and team to optimize office operations within Heartland Dental systems.
