Smile Dental of Round Lake is seeking a dedicated Business Assistant to join our patient-focused team. In this front-office role you will welcome patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the clinical team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

We offer full-time hours, a competitive hourly rate of $20–$24, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays, and professional development.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year dental office experience.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plan presentation.
• Experience explaining treatment options and patient financial responsibilities.
• Dental insurance knowledge is preferred.
• Familiarity with CDT codes is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage limitations.
• Present treatment estimates and explain patient financial responsibilities.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality.
• Coordinate with clinical team to support daily operations.
• Assist with appointment reminders and front office administration.
