Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental office experience (required).
• Experience with Dentrix (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm front-office experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
• Check patients in and out and keep records accurate.
• Verify insurance, explain treatment costs and collect payments.
• Answer phones and keep the front office running smoothly.
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team.
