Excellence in Dentistry in Illinois is seeking a friendly and organized Business Assistant to support the front office and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll welcome patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle billing while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs dental front office experience required.
• Fluent in Spanish required.
• Knowledge of CDT codes and patient education.
• Dental insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical team.
