Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File and follow up on insurance claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post insurer and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Discuss treatment plan fees and payment options.
