The ideal candidate will be comfortable with dental insurance, submitting claims, and maintaining positive patient interactions while supporting office workflows and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and insurance communications.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
