Job summary

Ottosen & Nygard Endodontics in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact, manage schedules, verify insurance, and collect co-pays to maintain a financially viable practice.

This temporary position runs approximately 3+ months beginning January 2027, with a 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri) and 23–28.16 USD per hour, depending on experience. You will coordinate new patient and hygiene scheduling, secure pre-authorizations, handle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year dental front office experience; preference for dental insurance coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional travel to Moses Lake, WA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new patient and hygiene scheduling.
• Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments.
• Gain financial commitment from patients and collect co-payments.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state, federal and other regulations.
• Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned by the office manager.
