Job summary

Queen Anne Hilltop, part of Mosaic Dental Collective, LLC, seeks an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join a patient-centered dental team in Seattle, WA. You will partner with clinicians to create a welcoming experience while maintaining financial viability for the practice.

You’ll be the first contact for patients, manage schedules, verify insurance, and collect co-pays at checkout. This hourly role is Mon-Fri with a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• 1 year dental front office experience required, prior dental insurance coordination preferred.
• Must be organized, patient-focused and ethical with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• New patient and hygiene coordination.
• Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments.
• Gain financial commitment from patients and collect co-payments.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries.
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care.
• Support day-to-day operations with a proactive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
