Ottosen & Nygard Endodontics in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an experienced, full-time Front Office Coordinator to welcome patients and support both clinical and financial operations. You will manage schedules, verify insurance, and collect co-pays at checkout, reporting to the Office Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of dental front office experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Eaglesoft/Open Dental is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year dental front office experience required; prior dental insurance coordination preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Eaglesoft or Open Dental experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• New patient and hygiene coordination.
• Maintain productive schedules and confirm appointments.
• Gain financial commitment from patients and collect co-pays.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Respond to patient billing, treatment, and benefit inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned by the office manager.
