Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, and email communications.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding items.
• Post payments and assist with accounts receivable and coverage explanations.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
