• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Access to PHI requires HIPAA training and data safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients to create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage front-office duties: phones, mail, emails, and scheduling with Dentrix.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and verify benefits, post payments and AR.
• Discuss treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
