Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Receptionist for Hickory Commons Dental Care to join a supportive, patient-centered team. You will welcome patients, manage front desk duties, and help ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
HIPAA training and PHI protection familiarity.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
Handle front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients and insurers.
Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and explain coverage.
Post insurance and patient payments; manage accounts receivable.
Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
Collaborate with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems.
