Ideal Dental is seeking a Front Office Associate to be the first friendly face guests see and the primary contact for scheduling, payments, and inquiries. You will work with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience and contribute to a welcoming, efficient office environment.

You will handle appointment confirmations, payment clarifications, and patient communication, while travel may be required for newly acquired DeNovo offices.
