Heartland Dental's Dental Care of Fairfield office is seeking a Dental Office Assistant to greet patients, manage the front desk, answer phones, schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and support the team with daily tasks.

You will join a small, collaborative office with strong training, competitive benefits, on-demand Daily Pay, and a patient-first culture focused on quality care and smooth office operations.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome patients at the door to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on eligibility and coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
