• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; coordinate appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and verify benefits; follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; discuss treatment fees and options with patients.
• Support implementation of Heartland Dental systems to optimize office performance.
