You’ll assist with insurance claims, payments, and communication with insurers and patients. A positive, organized, HIPAA‑aware professional will thrive in this team‑oriented role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients entering the office to create a great first impression.
• Answer phones, manage mail/email, and communicate with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims and benefits.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; review treatment fees.
