Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Representative to achieve sales and service goals in dental clinics and laboratories within a defined territory. You will promote Nobel Biocare products and solutions, manage relationships, and drive growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and competitive analysis.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to travel within the territory to meet benchmarks and participate in events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent, or 4+ years in medical device sales.
• Ability to drive a car is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers.
• Analyze and plan sales activity to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and expand core business.
• Identify prospective customers and convert them from competition.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files accessible across the organization.
• Report product issues or competitive risks to management.
• Stay informed on products, clinical studies, and competitive activity.
• Travel and territory management within budget; participate in trade shows and meetings.
