Qualifications

• 3–5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Ability to drive a car is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; present products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and plan sales activity to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services; run marketing initiatives to grow core business.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers; convert competitors' customers to new buyers.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for internal sharing.
• Report product issues or potential losses of key customers to management.
• Stay informed on products, clinical studies, and competitive activity to refine strategies.
• Follow company policies and procedures; implement them at territory level.
• Schedule consistent travel to meet customers; plan territory routing and budget.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings; support educational programs as needed.
