Job summary

Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory, through the effective selling and promoting of Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position offered.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; present products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends; plan activity to meet sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction; implement marketing activities.
• Identify and maintain contact with prospective customers; convert them from competition to new customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files for shared access within the organization.
• Report product issues or competitive threats to management.
• Stay informed on products, clinical studies, and industry trends to guide strategy.
• Follow company policies and implement them at territory level.
• Establish and maintain a travel schedule for territory coverage.
• Manage assigned territory within budget; complete administrative paperwork on time.
• Attend trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
