Job summary

National Dentex in Boston, MA is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and customer engagement. You will spend significant time in the field visiting prospects and dental offices, delivering product demonstrations, and building a robust sales pipeline.

You will collaborate with NDX labs to onboard new customers and ensure smooth service delivery while tracking progress against revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to prospect and close new business
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client demonstrations
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecast accuracy

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of prospecting and lead generation within the assigned territory
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities; convert leads into new accounts
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value
• Close new business deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Spend significant time in the field visiting prospects and customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and decision-makers
• Collaborate with labs to ensure onboarding and service delivery for new customers
• Develop a strategic territory plan and track pipeline metrics
