Job summary

National Dentex Laboratories (NDX) is seeking a Business Development Manager in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on new business acquisition, territory management, and building strong relationships with dental professionals.

The candidate should drive a robust sales pipeline, deliver compelling presentations, and coordinate with NDX labs to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Local candidates preferred with a track record in sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience independently managing a territory and driving results.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own prospecting and lead generation in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into new accounts.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase NDX's value proposition.
• Close new business to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Spend the majority of time in the field visiting prospects and customers.
• Develop relationships with dental professionals and other decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and labs for onboarding and service delivery.
• Bridge between new customers and labs to ensure smooth transition and long-term partnership.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan; track pipeline metrics and performance.
