Benco Dental, a family-owned dental distributor, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of merchandise, equipment, and services in the Dallas area. You will develop customer relationships, present solutions, and support growth initiatives across regions.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with customers and vendors, traveling to client sites, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel daily and occasional overnight.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to maintain customer relationships and drive sales.
• Prospect to drive growth and add new accounts.
• Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with vendors.
• Collaborate with equipment specialists and vendors to uncover opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, conventions, and trainings.
