Job summary

National Dentex Labs is seeking a Business Development Manager in Indianapolis to drive new client acquisition and manage a regional sales territory. You will present products, build a robust pipeline, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

The role emphasizes field-based client engagement, collaboration with labs for smooth onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with dental professionals and offices in the Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience independently managing a territory and driving results.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own all prospecting and lead generation within the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline and convert leads into new accounts.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value proposition.
• Close new business to meet revenue targets.
• Spend majority of time in the field visiting prospects daily.
• Develop relationships with dental professionals and decision-makers.
• Coordinate onboarding with labs and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Track sales activities and pipeline metrics; stay informed on market opportunities.
