Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. You will support clinicians with a range of procedures, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain a clean, efficient operatory.

With an active RDA license, CPR certification, and 6–12 months of experience, you will handle x-rays, iTero scans, charting, and patient education. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to support diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures; maintain cleanliness.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations; support appliance fabrication.
• Conduct digital iTero scans and document charting; support treatment planning.
