Job summary

Ideal Dental in the United States is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing team. You will assist dentists across procedures, operate iTero scanners, take X-rays, and help manage patient flow while maintaining a clean, organized operatory.

This role requires an Active RDA license and CPR certification, with 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience and willingness to travel for DeNovo offices. We offer growth, training, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• Travel may be required for DeNovo offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to support diagnoses and planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures and keep areas clean.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Record patient history, chart treatments, and document notes.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
