Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a growing practice where patient care is the priority. You will support dentists with procedures, take X-rays, perform iTero scans, and maintain clean, organized operatories while delivering friendly, attentive service to patients every day.

Qualifications include an active RDA license, current CPR certification, and 6 months to 1 year of experience. Some travel to DeNovo offices may be required as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and CPR certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with precision and care.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take accurate impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional care.
